Information you provide
- Enquiries: name, business email, phone number (optional), company name, service of interest, budget range (optional), subject and message.
- Career applications: name, email, phone number, location, area of expertise, experience, profile URL, message and any CV you choose to upload.
- Website assistant: the messages you type to the assistant and, only if you choose to submit them, the contact details and requirement summary shown in its confirmation card.
Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, our server records the date and time and your IP address for security, spam prevention and abuse protection. Standard server logs may also record technical information such as browser type and requested pages.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
3. Website assistant
The chat assistant on this website is an automated assistant, not a person. It runs on our own server: your messages are not sent to any third-party or AI service. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
Conversations are held in server memory only while they are active and are deleted after 45 minutes of inactivity, or straight away when you clear the conversation. They are not stored or used to build profiles. A copy of the transcript is kept in your own browser tab until you close it.
If the assistant prepares an enquiry or call-back request, nothing is sent to our team until you review the details, tick the consent box and press Submit. Submitted details are handled in the same way as enquiries sent through our contact form.

- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements.
- To answer your questions through the website assistant.
- To assess career applications and contact you about suitable opportunities.
- To protect the website against spam, fraud and misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Consent and legal basis
We process information submitted through our forms on the basis of the consent you give when submitting them, and for the legitimate purposes of responding to you and keeping our website secure. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Data retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our business communications. Career applications are retained for up to 12 months so that we can consider you for future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. 8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), validation of submitted data, restricted access to stored submissions and protections against automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- withdraw your consent; and
- raise a grievance about how your information has been handled.
